Our mission is to serve our client and to act as their representative throughout the sale process. This becomes more important as the process progresses through the negotiation and closing stages.

Creativity

Representing a company for sale requires a sound marketing strategy that can showcase the businesses strengths in the best light to prospective buyers. We pride ourselves on finding the 'diamonds in the rough' of seemingly similar businesses to accentuate their value proposition.

Community

Partnering with our clients is the best part of our job. The sales process can take several months to come to fruition and we get to know our clients well during this time. Likewise, finding a buyer who shares the same values of the owner is always our goal so as to preserve the community that is the business - that includes the jobs of the current employees and the business's standing in its community.

Intermediaries

noun: a person who acts as a link between people in order to try to bring about an agreement or reconciliation | a ‘mediator’

‘Intermediaries’ is a direct reference to what we do - we stand between the seller and the buyer and in essence act as the lubricant that helps the deal move forward and ultimately close.
