During this process, We act as the exclusive representative for the owner, taking the task of selling the business off of their plate so that they can focus on keeping their business running smoothly throughout the sale process so as not to risk losing value.
For owners who have identified a buyer, on a retained basis I can act as a coach, being a confidant and advisor during the sale process. This service is helpful to owners who do not have experience selling a business and also who are limited as to who they can talk to about the sale in the interest of confidentiality.
Assistance locating and contacting potential acquisition target companies on a retained fee basis for companies looking to expand through acquisition. We also offer debt placement, or assistance with the process of refinancing existing debt or identifying new lenders to provide debt financing.
